Often thought the preserve of larger retailers John Buckley Sports is showing that the smaller guys can adopt modern technology to by launching its new mobile app. The app is designed to increase loyalty among its customer base with key incentive features and to engage with customers on a positive level for the brand. To do this they have incorporated a running blog, event guide and several useful features into it.
